I’m a mother of six, with children ranging from toddler to thriving young adults in their mid-twenties. Over the years, I’ve navigated every phase of parenthood, from sleepless nights with babies to letting go as they leave home for university and independence. I know firsthand how deeply fulfilling and at times how profoundly disorienting parenting can be.
My approach to coaching is grounded in real-life experience, shaped by decades of raising children while living internationally. I bring a global perspective, a calm and structured mindset, and deep respect for the individuality of each parent and each child.
Alongside my personal experience, I’ve pursued academic studies in psychology, including health psychology and organizational psychology, and am a certified life coach. My background allows me to blend evidence-based understanding with the nuanced, flexible thinking that real family life demands.
